Job description
We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for Tele Caller Position.
Pre Sales/Tele sales / Tele calling / Telemarketing /Tele caller /Outbound calling / Outbound sales / Inbound calls / Inbound sales experience is must.
As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator, cold caller with a Good crisp and confident voice and have exceptional telephone etiquette.
Responsibilities - Updating the existing database and creating new database for the sales team.
- Make daily outbound calls to the potential clients and pass on potential leads to the sales team.
- To achieve the call target on daily/weekly basis.
- Convert leads to Customer meetings.
- To understand clients business and advise our products in order to help support their marketing and content requirements.
- To answer customer queries promptly.
Requirements - High school diploma / under Graduate.
- 01 year of work experience in hard core Tele-sales through Outbound calls.
- Should have worked under target/result oriented environment.
- Should be aggressive and have good telephone etiquettes.
- Should have good convincing skills over telephone.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Hindi.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Hard-working individual.
- Good time management abilities.
