JOB DESCRIPTION:

Market Access Manager

Location: Bangalore

What You'll Do:

As the Manager for Access & Reimbursement, your main job is to help ensure that cancer patients can afford and access the treatments they need. You'll work closely with our Oncology OR CVRM Business Unit, coming up with plans to improve access to our medicines. This includes figuring out ways to help patients who may only have partial insurance coverage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Working with the different therapy ( Oncology OR CVRM) team to plan how to introduce new cancer treatments and improve access to existing ones.
• Representing our company in discussions about ( Oncology OR CVRM) access.
• Creating strategies and tools to help more patients get our Oncology OR CVRM medicines, whether they're in private or public healthcare settings.
• Collaborating with different teams within the company to put these access plans into action.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, it's helpful to have:

• An MBA from a well-known school is preferred.
• Experience in areas like marketing, commercial excellence, business development, or strategy.
• A good understanding of our company's range of medicines, especially those for Cancer OR CVRM disease/ disorders.
