Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to join our team at taxclix.in. As a Sr Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, and tax filing. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information and assist in making strategic business decisions. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of income tax regulations and tax deductions
- Familiarity with Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations
- Handle tax filing and assist in tax planning strategies
- Review and reconcile financial discrepancies and variances
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial controls are in place
- Assist in making strategic business decisions based on financial analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall financial objectives of the company
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and industry best practices
