Job description

Role Objective :

Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sourcing and attracting top talent, driving recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities :

Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with Organizational goals and workforce planning needs. Collaborate with senior management to understand staffing requirements and devise recruitment plans accordingly. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse candidates from various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events and referrals.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality results.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

Enhance the organization's employer brand by promoting organisation mission, values, and culture to prospective candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to promote engagement and retention. Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.

Desired Profile :

Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, with 10-12 years experience into Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding along with team management. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
