Grow Your Staff is looking for a
Sourcing Specialist for an advisory firm in New York. The position is a part-time remote opportunity. The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the client, who is based in New York, USA. Experience required : 3-5 years CTC : 3-5 LPA (Part-Time) Time : 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (Tentative: Monday - Friday) Requirements: 4 hours/day (Subject to change based on requirement) Responsibilities Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, professional networks, and databases, to identify potential candidates. Engage with passive candidates, building relationships and creating interest in opportunities. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor talent landscapes, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition. Conduct regular market research to inform sourcing strategies and stay ahead of the curve in attracting top talent. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, and challenges to optimize the recruitment process. Evaluate candidate qualifications and present well-matched profiles while offering insights on candidate viability. Completely understand position requirements and candidate profiles. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in sales or a relevant field Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Sourcer, or in a similar role . Proficiency in research skills with the ability to gather and analyze market Strong command of boolean search and x-ray sourcing skills. Familiarity with sourcing tools, techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn ATS Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
