Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team’s goal.
In the context of a strategic transformation of the Compliance Data for BNPP, the developer will integrate a developer team of 5 developers and 1 BI Expert. Align with the local team lead, the developer will be responsible to develop all user story on his backlog with the good level of quality.
As a Developer, you will:
• Understand the business challenges in order to be a driving force behind proposals in the design and implementation of the solution
• Estimate and ensure the workload and deadlines of tasks under your responsibility
• Develop the solution, while respecting the norms and standards of development and security
• Work on optimizing the existing code and improving its maintainability, performance, usability and resilience
• Carry out and/or contribute to drafting functional and technical documents for the project
• Contribute to the elaboration of a test strategy and carry out unitary and integration tests
• Automate the integration and deployment of the solution, while respecting DevOps best practices
