Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a General Manager (GM) or Senior Manager (SR Manager) in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Ensure the highest level of service quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are maintained throughout the property.
  • Implement efficient and cost-effective operational procedures to maximize profitability.
  • Guest Satisfaction:
  • Focus on creating memorable guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Implement strategies to consistently improve guest satisfaction scores.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of hotel staff, including department managers and front-line employees.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure the financial success of the hotel.
  • Monitor and control expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Implement revenue management strategies to optimize room occupancy and rates.
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue through effective promotional strategies and sales efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the local market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a General Manager or Senior Manager in the hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and competitors.
