Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business

Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

identifying and nurturing new business opportunities establishing strong client

relationships and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. This role

requires a strong blend of strategic thinking communication skills and a proactive

approach to business development.

Responsibilities:

1.Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients and leads through market research industry analysis

and networking. Generate a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

2.Client Engagement:

Initiate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Understand their needs and present tailored solutions to address those needs.

3.Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals presentations and sales

materials. Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements.

4.Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging market

opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to the team.

5.Networking:

Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to expand your network

and represent the company in a professional manner.

6.Data Management:

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions sales leads and

market information in the companys CRM system.

7.Reporting:

Provide regular reports on business development activities including progress on

lead generation client engagement and market research.

Preferred Skills

Qualification: MBA in Marketing Business Administration Management or a related field.
