Salary Range: Up to 4 Lacs per annum

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Direct Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, or BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a presentable appearance, and a strong passion for sales.

Responsibilities :

Sales Target Achievement : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of insurance products to potential customers.

Lead Generation : Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities.

Documentation : Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, or BFSI Domain.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
