Role Description:

This position is a full-time opportunity for a Hybrid Social Media Executive based in Mumbai . The Social Media Executive will play a key role in creating, managing, and executing innovative social media campaigns across various platforms. Collaboration with the creative and client servicing teams is essential to develop communication strategies aligning with brand objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a creative agency.
• Proficient understanding of all social media platforms and their best practices.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and tracking tools.
• Proven experience in crafting creative and impactful social media campaigns that enhance engagement, boost brand awareness, and drive conversions.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and client servicing teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Additional experience in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in paid social media campaigns and influencer marketing are advantageous.
• A genuine passion for social media and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Marketing, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related area.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
