Job description
Manage a team of FP&A Analysts on day-to-day responsibilities, motivate team to achieve highest level of quality, efficiency and meet or exceed all goals. Responsible for Budgeting, Reforecasts, Financial Commitment Process Manage change to deliver on stricter Timelines and being Accurate under Pressure Leads profit improvement activities driving significant gains Excels in analysing profitability data and uncovering actionable insights Work with India FP&A Leader and VP of TPUKISA Finance to implement strategies to present actionable financial information to business leaders Implement best practices in the FP&A/Reporting function, documenting policies and procedures for the process · Implement strategies to bring more automation and cost savings to FP&A/Reporting processes directly under purview · Building a strong team of analysts within the FP&A function, including being involved in hiring, coaching and mentoring of analysts.
Required skills and experience: 6+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in the BPO industry. Out of which 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or MIS or Financial Management reporting. Master’s in management or finance / CA / CFA are preferred Exceptional Analytical and Quantitative skills Strong financial modelling skills, along with understanding of financial reporting Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to perform in high pressure situations High proficiency in MS Excel and experience in working with a large ERP/Financial System Experience of working on BI tools like Power BI, Cognos/Planning Analytics is preferred Ability to effectively interact with and present ideas to people across different functions. 4+ years of experience managing a TeamJob tags
