Job responsible
• Responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Restaurants/ Coffeeshops/ Bars/ Banquets/ Catering/ Kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the COO to Prepare and manage the F&B department budget, including pricing and expense tracking.
• Create a comprehensive plan to upgrade and manage the club's Restaurants/ Coffeeshops/ Bars/ Banquets/ Catering/ Kitchen operations.
• Monitor F & B industry trends and evaluate market conditions to identify newer opportunities with members delight in mind
• Lead and manage a team of professionals and administrative staff - F & B Managers Chefs/ Cooks/ Captains/ Waiters / Service & Support Personnel
• Collaborate with the Events department to Support for the Food/ Catering requirements during sporting events, tournaments, and competitions.
