Job description
We seek a skilled and motivated Interior Designer or an Interior BIM Modeler to join our Corporate Interiors Design Team. You will play a crucial role in creating, developing, and maintaining accurate and detailed 3D models for construction projects. Your expertise in BIM software and collaboration with various stakeholders will contribute to the efficient and successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver error-free Interior BIM models, drawings, and related documentation and take complete responsibility for the entrusted deliveries.
- Coordinate with external service consultants, the Interior rendering Team, and the internal design support team to produce coordinated design portfolios.
- Review the BIM model internally along with the BIM coordinator in a timely manner to ensure the model is compliant to the project BIM standard set by the BIM manager.
- Deliver within stipulated timelines.
- To produce Design Documentation /2D Annotation from the BIM Models & CAD
- To Populate non-geometric information/data into the model
Qualifications
- Graduate + Specialized course in BIM
- Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Revit platform
Skills
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
- Knowledge of basic Interior construction processes and procedures
- Completed coursework in Construction, Architecture, or an equivalent combination of training and or work experience.
- BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology
