We are a boutique startup construction company starting operations in Telangana and Karnataka. We would like to differentiate ourselves by building thoughtfully designed homes. The First project is a 2.5 acre mid rise apartment building in Rajendra nagar, hyderabad and we are starting the execution phase. Role overview: The architect is expected to do Design coordination between various consultants and the architect Research on materials , finishes and products to be used in our projects Provide design inputs on existing projects Design for new projects Analysis and critique on various design related matters Mandatory Qualifications: Prior exposure to high rise / mid rise apartment building Bachelor's degree in Architecture 5 years of work experience ( mandatory) Excellent communication and team management skillsJob tags
