The ONESOURCE Professional Services team is responsible for the delivery of implementation projects for new customers using the ONESOURCE suite of tax and accounting products. We are seeking consultants based in Bangalore to work with the Professional Services team across Australia, servicing primarily Australian customers. You will also have the in-person support of a team and major office based in Bangalore. This role is partly remote, partly in-office and will work closely under the guidance of more senior consultants. Initially, the role will focus primarily on designing, configuring and building templates and financial reports in ONESOURCE Accounts Production, and requires a consultant who can quickly and independently learn new software applications, with superb attention to detail. Accounting/finance experience is not essential, although would be highly regarded.
This role may be suited to techno functional consultants, domain consultants or business analysts.
Shift Timings: 7:30 AM IST - 4:30 PM IST
Hybrid Work Model: WFO Twice/Thrice a week. About The Role In this opportunity as Professional Services Consultant, you will:
Execute software implementation, customization and consulting assignments in accordance with project delivery guidelines, including:
- Requirements capture, scoping, setup & design of software implementation projects.
- Design, configuration and build within ONESOURCE products, in accordance with customer requirements.
- Guidance and consulting with clients on their usage of ONESOURCE suite of products.
- Project coordination & scheduling.
- Proactive customer engagement.
- Project risk management.
Contribute to the training of customers by facilitating face to face and remote training sessions, as well as:
- Updating training materials, and documenting new materials as needed.
- Recording & editing eLearning training videos.
About You You're a fit for the role of Professional Services Consultant if your background includes:
- Knowledge, Skills and Experience of at least two years in a software or IT role, preferably in delivery/implementation, or as techno functional consultant, domain consultant or business analyst.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in software/IT.
- Strong ability to learn new software applications, in particular the ONESOURCE user interface and available features quickly and independently.
- Knowledge on XML to query in commands.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
