Roles And Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our services to potential clients.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying opportunities.
  • Creating and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and aligning our services to help meet their objectives.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales-focused role.
  • Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in software testing or quality assurance industry is a plus.
