Roles And Responsibilities Technology Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the CPG and Retail sector, aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to drive digital transformation and innovation within the industry.
Industry Trends And Innovation - Stay abreast of emerging technologies, market trends, and innovations within the CPG and Retail space.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies that can enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall competitiveness.
Digital Transformation - Lead the digital transformation initiatives for CPG and Retail clients, leveraging technology to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement digital strategies tailored to industry needs.
Client Engagement - Act as a technology advisor for clients in the CPG and Retail sector, understanding their business challenges and providing technology solutions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Solution Architecture - Oversee the design and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and client requirements.
- Provide guidance on scalable and flexible architectures to support business growth.
Data And Analytics - Drive the utilization of data and analytics to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to derive actionable insights from data.
E-commerce And Omnichannel Solutions - Lead the development and implementation of e-commerce and omnichannel solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure seamless integration of online and offline channels for a unified customer journey.
Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance on skill development and career growth for team members.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- Proven experience (20+ years) in a leadership role focused on technology solutions for the CPG and Retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of technology trends, solutions, and challenges specific to the CPG and Retail sector.
Additional Requirements - Strong business acumen and understanding of CPG and Retail industry dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies that drive business value.
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering technology solutions.
Preferred Skills - Familiarity with technologies such as IoT, AI, and machine learning as applied to the CPG and Retail industry.
- Experience with ERP systems, supply chain management, and inventory optimization.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy considerations in the industry.
