Key Responsibilities: Generate B2B sales through direct sales framework for the products at SMS Hydrotech Food waste composting machines, Shredders, & Bio pellet making machines

Key Accountabilities

Onboarding

Understanding the products at SMS hydrotech Food waste composting machines, Shredders and more

Mapping the sales process across current channels, such as Indiamart, Social-media, direct walk-in

Development of sales plan for the year, in alignment with the vision of the organization

Introduction with the current network of the sales head, from their respective natural markets

Sales & Operations Management

Designing the functional goals and the roadmap

Activity calendar for the sales activities, interactions with the prospects.

Market benchmarks, insights & understanding on the competition, prospects, pricing etc.

Plan to develop sales function

Review the performance with the CEO

Innovation and identification of additional revenue opportunities

Establishing profitable collaborations

Team Management

Development of Sales function in alignment with the organizations vision

Support and building framework that supports the team in achievement of results, as per the sales plan

Ensure team is well trained on each area as per set process

Ensure attendance tracking and leave planning / approvals of team members such that there is minimal impact on team deliverables

Performance appraisals / coaching, regular briefings, disciplinary actions as required

Participate in hiring and keep a check on attrition levels within the team

Development of the reporting framework with templates, frequency & authority

Reporting

Management of Daily sales report from the team (as hired) & ensuring the circulation among the stakeholders

Development of client interfacing reports and circulation
