Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic knowledge of product functionality
• Strong analytical and design skills
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle and metholodies, including Agile
• Ability to work in a team environment and be responsible for self
• Average communication and interpersonal skills
• Average troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, software engineering or computer science preferred
• 2+ years of experience in software QA/testing with increasing responsibilities and project complexities
• Experience in Salesforce apps and performing UI test automation required
• ISTQB, CSQA Testing Certification, and formal Agile training a plus
