• Responsible for managing timely and quality deliverables through Agile or Iterative development process
• Interaction w ith individual product teams to understand their requirement and
purpose of implementation
• Conceptualize, Design and Implement modules w ith individual products
• Troubleshooting issues across environments
• Responsible for monitoring, optimizing and performance tuning
• Come up w ith proof of concepts as requested
• Take responsibility for the development of suite of softw are products in
association w ith the Technical Architect and Quality Assurance teams
• People and delivery management for a team of 5-10 individuals
• Risk assessment and mitigation and reporting
• Manage team delivery and adherence to company processes
• Escalation management and stakeholder communication
• Experience in technologies ASP.Net, C#, WCF/Web API, MVC Framework, Java Script, Jquery, Ajay & Controls, CSS
• Extensive experience in Angular 2+
• Extensive use of APIs and understanding of and REST architecture
• Ability to provide solutions for single page apps, advanced techniques such as
multi-threading, implementing non-blocking code
• Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
• Creating custom, general use modules and components w hich extend the
elements and modules of core AngularJS
• Strong understanding and implementation of object-oriented programming
• Experience of w orking in n-Tier architecture
• Strong understanding of various design and architectural patterns to build
application front end
• Understanding and implementing fundamental design principles behind a
scalable application
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of
applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Good understanding of softw are development methodology and release
processes
• Should be able to translate story and use cases into functional products
• Has managed and lead delivery for a team of 5-10 individuals
• Leadership experience w ith proven ability to develop team members and
enhance team performance
