Job description
Responsibilities
. Manage delivery of GL services as per the agreement with
. Act as SME for GL process
. First level escalation for process owners/Infosys GL team
. Review of JEs & review of recons to ensure no aged items
. Deploy and monitor process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives
. Identify transformational initiatives
. Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs
. Track service level metrics
Technical and Professional Requirements:
. Strong team leading and motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking, derive performance improvement ideas
. Ability to multitask, prioritize activities & meeting deadlines
. Good Analytical & Aptitude Skills
. Experience in SAP preferable
Preferred Skills:
Finance & Accounts- GL- R2R
