OVERVIEW:
At Prometric, the Analyst, Data Analytics will generate data-backed insights that help propel our business forward. Through a deep understanding of underlying data sources, this analyst will inform key decisions with objective takeaways about Prometric’s operations. This position will have the opportunity to change Prometric’s trajectory through the power of data. The Analyst, Data Analytics will work in collaboration with colleagues in Operations, Sales, and Finance to execute detailed analysis and deliver client requirements. The ideal applicant has a strong quantitative background, growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Analyst, Data Analytics will advance the delivery of meaningful analytics in support of Operations performance and objectives. This role will be analytical and collaborative and focusing on reporting across Operations teams, including developing and refining metrics dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying and developing improvement opportunities for how senior leaders measure and track performance. Develops and maintains reports and dashboards on financial and operating metrics. Performs thorough quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of data and information. Provides analytical support, conducts research, reviews, and helps evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and Operations performance. Analyzes current metrics and reporting, identifies gaps, and works with leadership to create and improve metrics. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field, with 1-2 years of work experience Candidates from Delhi NCR will be considered for this role. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or equivalent experience 1+ years of relevant experience in data analytics 1+ years of interacting with senior leaders and stakeholders. Knowledge of Data querying (e.g., SQL); Data pipelines (e.g., Python, Powershell, SSIS); Data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) & Advanced Excel skills (e.g., index/match, pivot tables, lookups) Skills in data analysis, data manipulation, and problem solving. Skills in dashboard design Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English KEY POINTS TO NOTE: Work from Home, though there may be few days in a calendar month when you may come into the office from time to time.
