About The Job: As a Fintech Copywriter at Machinga, you will work with the creative team to develop compelling and persuasive website copy, social media content, marketing campaign materials, etc. that align with our clients’ brand voice and quality expectations. This role is remote, and will mainly involve work in the domains of financial markets and fintech. Who We Are Looking For: Interest in Financial Markets and Investing: A strong interest or experience with financial markets and investing with a curiosity to understand, explore and learn more Social Media Savvy: Regular consumer of Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube and X content – with an understanding of what makes such content engaging and topical Strong Work Ethic: High reliability, delivering fact-checked ideas and copy, sticking to agreed deadlines with the ability to understand and incorporate feedback Learning Mindset: A self-driven learner with a default mindset for tackling hard problems and figuring things out from first principles. Responsibilities: Topic Selection: Identify finance and investing-related topics with mass appeal that have the potential to go viral on social media platforms.
