Designation Data Entry Operator
Location Mumbai
Key Responsibilities - Enter customer and account data by entering numeric and text-based information from reference documents within specified time frames.
- Compile the information, verify its accuracy, and order it according to the priorities that have been established to prepare the reference data for digitization.
- Review the data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check how they appear on the screen.
- Investigate and obtain more information on incomplete documents
- Apply procedures and techniques for data programs.
- Generate reports, save completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Scan documents and print files when needed.
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to inquiries for information and access relevant files.
- Comply with data security and integrity policies.
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and deal with any failures.
