Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor at Wellsun Metal located in Rajkot. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production team during their shift, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and communicating with management and team members to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills
• Experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and instructions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with safety procedures and protocols
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include experience with lean manufacturing principles, proficiency in English and Hindi, and experience with employee scheduling and performance management.
