Job Description:
Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Client quality standards
ï'· Develop solution using Salesforce configure and customization features.
ï'· Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership
ï'· Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function
ï'· Builds knowledge in a sector by contributing to relevant firm initiatives and eminence, and/or by attending sector conferences
ï'· Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
ï'· Understands the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes
Qualifications
ï'· Prior experience in Salesforce mandatorily.
ï'· Should have good understanding of Salesforce features like lightening, integration etc and project implementation methodology
ï'· Should have good work experience on Sales cloud or Service cloud or Communities or Salesforce platform or Marketing cloud or Industry clouds.
ï'· Knowledge on Heroku and e-commerce will be a plus.
ï'· Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design.
ï'· Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects.
ï'· Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
ï'· Aware of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce.
ï'· Ability to develop all project related documents like requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual etc.
ï'· Handling a team and also responsible for client deliverables.
