Designation: React Native Developer
Location: Kolkata India
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 45 years of experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on React Native.
Salary: 10 LPA 11 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Development Projects: Spearhead the development of mobile applications using
React Native for both iOS and Android platforms. Design and implement robust
highperforming and scalable mobile applications that meet the company s objectives and
user needs.
Technical Strategy and Design: Collaborate with the product and design teams to define
app features and guide the technical design of innovative solutions that enhance user
experience. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Code Quality and Maintenance: Maintain high standards of code quality and ensure best
practices in application architecture and design. Conduct code reviews unit testing and
integration testing to ensure applications are free of bugs and security vulnerabilities.
Performance Optimization: Optimise application performance for both iOS and Android
platforms ensuring smooth and responsive user experiences. Monitor app performance and
make adjustments as necessary to improve load times and app efficiency.
CrossPlatform Development: Utilise React Native to develop and maintain crossplatform
mobile applications that offer seamless functionality and aesthetics on both iOS and Android
devices.
Team Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor junior developers providing guidance and
support to improve their skills and ensure team growth. Foster a collaborative innovative
and resultsdriven team environment.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in mobile development
especially regarding React Native iOS and Android development. Incorporate new and
emerging technologies to enhance application development processes and product offerings.
Skills:
Indepth knowledge of React Native and its core principles along with a strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Extensive experience in developing and deploying mobile applications on both iOS and
Android platforms.
Solid understanding of iOS and Android development environments including XCode
Android Studio and their respective SDKs and APIs.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux Mob X).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to backend services.
Strong understanding of mobile app design guidelines UI/UX best practices and the ability to implement them in application design.
Experience with automated testing suites like Jest or Mocha.
Excellent problemsolving skills ability to work independently and strong team collaboration capabilities.
