Role Summary: We are seeking an innovative and experienced Vice President to join our company-s growing Innovation team. In this role, you will develop the vision, strategy, and thinking methodologies used to innovate new products and services, introduce novel or disruptive ideas, improve existing processes, and create a culture of innovation within the company. You will articulate an innovation strategy and define objectives and measures aligned with overall company goals that add value to stakeholders. You will champion innovation projects and oversee resources, seeking out new opportunities with partners or alliances that support innovation efforts. You will collaborate with internal teams and promote a culture of innovation that encourages and supports experimentation and rewards new ideas and ways of thinking.

- Articulate an innovation strategy and define objectives and measures aligned with overall company goals that add value to stakeholders.
- Champion innovation projects and oversee resources and budgets, seeking out new opportunities with partners or alliances that support innovation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and promote a culture of innovation that encourages and supports experimentation and rewards new ideas and ways of thinking.
- Develop major goals to support broad functional objectives.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders as required.
- Lead status update meetings.
- Oversee all team operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Manage budget and production agenda.
- Be responsible for the overall successful operation of the team.
- Report directly to senior management.
- Delegate responsibilities to subordinates and provide guidance and direction.
Managing the Team - Participate in the hiring and training of new team members.
- Manage a diverse, multi-disciplined team of professionals.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team.
Misc - Ensure compliance to AIA and TALIC rules and standards.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure effective collaboration.
E Skills Required Technical - Bachelor-s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Strong technical leadership and managerial skills.
