JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent will be working on dialer management allied activities. Additionally he will be responsible to track business leakage control and new partner partner onboarding quality checks and help in onboarding control governance.

Key Actionable

  • Creation of call center dialer strategy planning
  • Work closely on reports automation and digitization agenda
  • Responsible for highlighting early warning indicators which impacts the collection performance
  • Close tracking on the business leakage during onboarding control by working on VPOSV, interactive video calling etc output and highlight on timely basis
  • Ensuring new partner's agreed quality checks are in control
  • Analyze data to establish the problem RCA and report on efficacy of implemented solutions.
  • Tracking and publication of consequence management update and highlight the potential red flags
  • Onboarding new business dashboard creation
  • Weekly/fortnightly/monthly dashboard publishing covering Business cancellation, Silent grief, New business issuance and comparative views of year and year
  • Collaborate with IT for any enhancement/Updation.
  • Drive initiatives in line with company strategy to empower various interdepartmental teams like IT, BPMA and within department

Measures of Success

  • Persistency - 86%
  • RI - 100% target
  • On Schedule delivery all requirements
  • Contribution in implementing various initiatives and their output tracking.

  • Persistency tracking on newly onboarded partners
  • Discrepancy management of VPOSV
  • Efficiency tracking

Key competencies/skills required

  • Must have a minimum of 8-10 years' experience. Understanding of systems, processes and functions
  • Interpreting, analyzing data using statistical techniques for trends
  • Excellent in communication and presentation
  • Good PR skills and able to get the work done from other depts.
  • Growth mindset and self-motivated
