Crescendo Worldwide is hiring for a Client Acquisition Manager

Location: Baner, Pune

Job Description-

Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Suspecting, Prospecting of Client in detail and Report generation

2. Understanding the prospective client's needs

3. Creating and Designing Strategy for a prospective client

4. Approaching the clients, Interaction & Relationship

5. Presentation to Prospective client

6. Query / Objection handling

7. Responsible for Negotiations, Follow-ups, and Client Closure.

8. Managing the entire sales cycle.

9. Sales Cycle Plan for Sale target achievement

10. Responsible for making Sales Strategies and implementing the same

11. Working on building the sales funnel

12. Leading the Sales to lead generation team.

13. Working on sale expansion by creating expansion strategies

14. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

15. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc

16. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

17. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

18. Data mining using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Exhibitions etc.

19. Reaching decision makers & communicating via Telephone calls, Video calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp in foreign countries

20. Effective usage of CRM.

21. Effective use of Social Media to approach potential clients

22. Account Mining / Upselling / Cross-selling and Client Relationship building.

23. Handling sales team

24. Defining and sales targets for department with management and Assigning sales targets to team members

25. Defining and running the work process strategy.

Job Specification-

1. Education: - B-TECH/ ME (Engineering)/MBA preferred

2. Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills required.

3. Should have excellent negotiations & closing skills.

4. Excellent written, oral and listening skills required; Strong business understanding

5. Detail junkie to spot new opportunities & propose them to clients.

6. Multi-tasking & Aggressive about meeting goals & timelines.

7. A Great communicator with undivided focus on satisfying customers.

8. Experience: Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

9. Proficient in Internet browsing, LinkedIn, Lead Generation

10. Experience in customer support is a plus

11. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

12. Proficiency in English

13. Market knowledge

14. Time management and planning skills
