Role And Responsibilities We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual for the position of Sea Export Pricing in our Mumbai office. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting freight negotiations with carriers for existing and new customers.
- Acquiring new customers to expand our client base.
- Nominating overseas agents to enhance our global network.
- Ensuring all mandatory details required for shipments are shared accurately.
- Preparing and sending quotations to the clients.
- Negotiating with overseas agents and co-loaders to optimize pricing.
- Tracking the closure and conversion of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Gathering client feedback and taking appropriate actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Candidate Qualifications We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Freight Forwarding industry. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in freight negotiations, pricing, and customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
