Job description
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Mohali Punjab. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for efficiently dispatching and monitoring company drivers and equipment while ensuring excellent service and communication with customers and vendors.
Qualifications • US and Canada Dispatch : 1.5 - 2 years’ experience • Only Experience candidate required from the same field. • Having good knowledge of dispatch (Drayage/Intermodal/OTR Shipment) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to demonstrate flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proficient in basic computer software programs including Microsoft Office and transportation management systems (TMS) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-based environment Benefits •Meals •Provident Fund •Leave encashment Schedule Night Shift Rotational ShiftJob tags
