Job Description:

• Answer all incoming calls, redirect them or keep messages and regular correspondence.
• Vendor management 
• Close follow up with the vendors and the clients 
• Booking and arranging travel, transport & accommodation 
• Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients 
• Taking care of all the administrative work 
• E-Mail & Letter Correspondence 
• Assisting C.E.O/Director in all his routine work 
• To do the calendar management 
• Procurement 
• General Administration 
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. scanner, printer etc.) 
• Customer service orientation 
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities 

Skills: 

• Very Strong Interpersonal Skill 
• Excellent Command on Spoken & Written English Language 
• Excellent Communication with convincing ability 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
