Job description

Job Title: General Manager - Talent Acquisition / HR / Operations
Job Summary:
The General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our operations in India, including talent acquisition, human resources administration, general administration, employee monitoring, HRIS management, performance auditing, and overseeing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, administration, operations, and possess knowledge of Statuary compliances, Labor Laws, TDS, basic accounting/ finance, and general IT troubleshooting.
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Shift Hours: 1 – 10 PM IST
This is a 5-day Onsite role
Must be residing in a commutable distance from office

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition (60%):
    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the onboarding process.
  2. Human Resources (10%):
    • Oversee HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy adherence.
    • Implement and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
    • Handle employee grievances and address concerns in a fair and timely manner.
    • Manage Employee Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
  3. HRIS Management (10%):
    • Oversee the implementation and management of the HR Information System (HRIS).
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and data management.
    • Utilize HRIS for effective workforce planning and reporting.
  4. Performance Auditing (10%):
    • Develop and implement performance auditing processes to evaluate individual and team performance.
    • Collaborate with department heads to establish performance metrics and standards.
    • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance audit findings.
  5. General Administration (10%):
    • Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Oversee facility management, vendor relationships, and office logistics.
    • Implement and maintain effective administrative processes and procedures.
  6. Operations (10%):
    • Lead and coordinate activities across various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements as needed.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans.
  7. Basic Finance / Payroll Support (10%)
    • Work closely with the finance and payroll team to ensure accurate financial reporting and payroll compliance.
  8. IT Troubleshooting (10%):
    • Provide general IT troubleshooting support and liaise with IT service providers.
    • Collaborate with the IT department to address technical issues and enhance system performance.
