Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, creativity, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visually appealing content. Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Develop a deep understanding of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all content.
- Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts using graphic design software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually compelling assets for campaigns and promotions.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the overall creative strategy of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into content creation and design.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and goals.
- Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate project status regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- At least 2+ year of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Strong understanding of content creation, curation, and storytelling
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing graphics
- Strong video editing skills to create engaging video content for social media platforms
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator for designing custom graphics and illustrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
