The applicant must: Be an After Effects pro Know how to use Illustrator, Photoshop & Premiere Pro Understand animation/motion and design principles Be experienced in co-ordinating with various members of the team Be experienced in the field of motion graphics & 2D animation Have a bachelor's degree in any related field Duties & responsibilities: Developing original artworks, concepts, logo animations, motion packages, and any other motion graphic elements for any medium Developing visual guidelines (motion), brand identities (motion), motion style guides and brand books Determine how best to represent a concept visually and in motion Develop/determine the overall motion style and look of a any film/campaign Liaising with copywriters, clients, account managers and other team members Interpreting a brief Adhering to a respective brand's guidelines Working/leading other team members as and when necessary Training other team members in the respective discipline Completing all necessary trainings as per set timelines as well as learning new softwares/applications as and when required by Chrisaldo Goldiloy Collaborating with other team members and designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience Adhering to the highest standards of ethics and reporting any unethical practices if noticed within the company in a timely and professional manner Ideating, planning and executing motion design projects including and not limited to video editing, motion graphics design, & 2D animation Keeping track of new trends, technologies and softwares in the visual communication design industry Curating videos, photos, motion templates, sound effects and other visual assets from stock video/photo/music sites Editing videos Ensuring an expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software Creating motion design templates Ideating, planning and executing motion designs for UI/UX projects Developing and creating storyboards Thinking creatively and develop new motion design concepts Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas Amending final videos to clients comments and gain full approvalJob tags
