Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee at NoBroker HR in Udaipur. The Sales and Marketing Management Trainee will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing tasks, such as customer service, sales, and training. The Trainee will work closely with the sales management team to develop and execute sales strategies, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The Trainee will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing campaigns and improve customer experience.

• Effective training skills to onboard new sales representatives and ensure their success
• Sales management skills to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop sales strategies
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Experience in the real estate or technology industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
