Company Description Headway DM LLP is a young, dynamic firm which offers Consultancy services to land owners, Societies and Developers for their development/redevelopment requirements. We are based out of Mumbai. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect is responsible for collaborating with senior architects and designers in developing functional design solutions, preparing detailed drawings, models, and specifications, as well as conducting site visits and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related fieldProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative SuiteProficiency in presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office suiteStrong understanding of Mumbai DCPR 2034 and UDCPRStrong conceptual and design skills, with experience in creating design solutions for residential and commercial projectsExcellent knowledge of building systems, construction materials, and construction techniquesStrong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines
