Job Overview
We are looking for a Bank Sales Officer to join our team. As a Bank Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various banking products, including home loans, CLAP, gold loans, business loans, etc. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, along with a strong understanding of financial products.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the banking industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of banking products and financial services
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking products, including home loans, CLAP, gold loans, business loans
- Achieve sales targets and quotas
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to increase sales
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
