We are hiring a SR International Customer Support Executive to join our team at FRUGE IT SERVICES. As a SR International Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our international clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in international customer support or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work night shifts and rotational shifts
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through phone, email, and chat
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and company guidelines
- Meet or exceed performance targets and goals
- Handle escalations and coordinate with senior team members for resolution
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions
