Job Description

In this role, you'll drive structure and discipline around business governance and projects for Global Cash Ops. You will support the business and governance lead for Payments Cash Ops where they will build a strong relationship and become a key partner focusing on the group's strategic agenda, business strategy, planning, communication and governance. You must be a highly collaborative partner, be process oriented, with a proven track record of relevant skills through prior experience in Payments Ops, Service and/or Project Management. The candidate selected will be responsible to support governance for the business and delivery of ops excellence (non-technology) projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives/projects with project lead to resolve diverse problems identified with data analysis, communication and reporting (scorecards/dashboards and reporting)
  • Implement the project structure and governance required to deliver on the project plan (scope, stakeholders, risks and issues, timeline, etc).
  • Support collaborative initiatives with team members and global partners, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
  • Support creation of content and preparation of business reviews and other executive leadership presentations for internal stakeholders and functional partners
  • Support delivery of group's People initiatives focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Recruiting, Manager Excellence, Skills of the Future, and Employee Recognition
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Support Business Communications, including Town Halls, Video messages and yearend messages.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 7+ years Payments/banking/financial services experience.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple deliverable/projects simultaneously. Ability to challenge organization and understand ways of working; ability to interpret and present complex data
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
  • Visualization capabilities and experience with Analytics tools (Qlik, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.) preferred
  • Good interpersonal and clear communication skills
  • Managing operationally complex projects delivered by cross-functional teams
