Senior Lead Data Analyst - Mumbai Kurla
**Job Summary:**
This role demands a highly skilled and results-oriented individual to serve as the specialist in Data Analytics for one of the leading Finance Firms. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will spearhead strategic analyses, solve complex business challenges, and deliver impactful insights that drive key decisions at the CXO/Business Head level.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with business managers to identify and solve data-driven challenges, providing actionable recommendations.
2. Formulate and execute strategic analyses, prioritizing efforts to support crucial business decisions.
3. Extract, process, and analyze data from various sources, transforming it into valuable insights.
4. Leverage your mastery of Python, SQL, and Azure Data Factory for data manipulation and analysis.
5. Apply advanced techniques like Decision Trees and k-means clustering to solve complex data problems.
6. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including CXOs and business leaders.
7. Demonstrate integrity and ethical handling of sensitive data information.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering (CS/EE/Math) or Management.
- 8-12 years of experience in Data Analysis or related field.
- Expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and quantitative analysis.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, and Azure Data Factory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and extract data effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful results and influencing business decisions.
- Experience in BFSI domain is mandatory.
