Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative at Oasis Fertility in Chennai. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting with OB/GYNs and educating them about our fertility treatments, building relationships with customers, demonstrating sales skills, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Medical Sales and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Thorough understanding of Medicine and Pharmacy
• Experience working in Sales, preferably in a medical environment
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Life Sciences

Experience in the fertility or OB/GYN field will be beneficial for this position

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Responsible to actively cover & maintain good relationship with all the allotted Doctors within the given area.

 Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals.

 Must be prompt & regular in updating Monthly work plan, & reports on daily basis to the reporting Manager

 To execute the various activities like Workshops, CME's etc which were planned by the reporting manager.

 Submission of monthly, weekly detailed progress.

Experience in the fertility or OB/GYN field will be beneficial for this position.
