Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary

We are SME IT Consulting company focusing on CLOUD COMPUTING & DATA SCIENCE CONSULTING space as MICROSOFT AI CLOUD SOLUTION PROVIDER within the United Kingdom and across EUROPE.

We are now planning to strengthen our business operation in INDIA and keen to deploy multiple Sales Specialist – Commission Only to meet our business target in 2024-25.

Please note that this is not an employment opportunity with us, rather a fantastic option to work as Independent Sales Specialist having high potential to earn hefty commission every month. Ideally, you should be a “ Self-Employed ” and preferably have your own GST Number to work on this assignment.

Please also note that there shall be no monthly salary or payment mechanism except you are eligible for recurring monthly commission based on performance. This is purely a freelance contract engagement. Please do not apply if you are not working currently as freelancer. We will give priorities to the freelancers having his/her own GST.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to facilitate and support our Managed Services Business initiatives on Microsoft Technologies in INDIA.

The Sales Specialist shall be working closely with the sales and marketing team, the Sales Specialist will be required to assist the sales process technically and commercially; from engaging with customers, understanding their projects, quoting customers, solving problems and achieving customer satisfaction with outstanding sales results.

Responsibilities & Duties

· Ability to drive sales and revenue to support the continued growth.

· Manging existing clients and delivering new business.

· Proactively building and maintaining strong customer’s relationships

· Managing customer’s expectations throughout pre & post-sales

· Periodic funnel reporting to Management.

· Learning the technology used within the vertical markets.

· Working very closely both internally and with our partners to ensure execution of our company objectives to the highest possible level.

· Acting as an ambassador of our organization.

Essential Skills

· Must have minimum 8+ years of sales experience in Indian IT Industry, particularly for IT solution provider.

· Must have working experience in selling IT Managed Services Solutions to Indian Market, preferably on Microsoft Technologies.

· Hands on expertise on Digital Marketing and Lead Generation mechanism.

· Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key industry trends.

· Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods

· Understands Cloud Computing & Data Science Consulting space.

· Interpersonal skills with good business acumen

· Well versed with theoretical data communication principles and their applications in real projects

· Good written and verbal communication skills with problem solving approach.

· Working comfortably within a small team

· Ability to build long term business relationships.

· Excellent telephone skills

· Good level of listening skills

· Degree in Electronics Engineering or similar engineering discipline preferable but no essential

· Sharp negotiation and time-management skills

· Confident understanding of sales process

Nice to have Skills

· Can start immediately.

· Good existing customer relationship base, which can convert initial one/two deals without spending much time on funnel building.

· Currently working as freelancer having his/her own GST and Bank A/c.

· Any certification on Sales is a definite plus.

Background Check Required

· The applicant should be a freelancer.

· Preferably having his/her own GST.

· Must have his/her Bank Account in INDIA.

Benefits

 ₹ 2,00,000.00+.

Special Note

As a commission-only salesperson, you will not receive a base salary and will solely rely on earning commissions based on the sales you generate. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview process. This is purely contractual assignment.

We pay recurring commission every month for each contract we close with your help, and we will continue to pay commission every month for any renewal of the deal. You have a potential of hefty income from commission between

₹ 1,00,000.00 and ₹ 2,00,000.00 + per month very easily if you are good at sales. We also do not impose any sales target; it is your self-imposed target based on how much you want to earn in a year.
