Job description

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls - Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to introduce the company's products/services and generate interest.

Customer Follow-Up - Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote additional products or services.

Lead Generation - Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation techniques.

Data Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries in the company's CRM system.

Product Knowledge - Stay informed about the company's products/services, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Achieve Targets - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and conversions.

Customer Queries - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Communication Skills - Exhibit excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.

Team Collaboration - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.

Feedback Reporting - Provide feedback and suggestions on customer trends, market changes, and competitor activities to the management team.

Qualifications:

Education - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communication or sales will be a plus.
Experience - Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Communication Skills - Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)].
Computer Skills - Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant applications.
Target-oriented -Ability to work towards and achieve set targets.
Persistence - Demonstrate persistence and resilience in making cold calls and handling rejections.
Positive Attitude - Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, even in challenging situations.
Listening Skills - Good listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
Time Management - Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Flexibility Adaptability to changes in scripts, strategies, and customer interactions.
