Job description
• Coordinate the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising on LinkedIn • Conduct quarterly audits for social media, email, and website marketing performance. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement in metrics such as engagement, increase in followers etc. • Manage email marketing campaigns, including research, content creation, and the dissemination • Manage email database and develop strategies to acquire new subscribers • Work with agency partner/freelance consultants to develop marketing materials such as website content, emails, and social media posts • Working knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and email marketing tools like Mailchimp/MailerLite • Ability to work with pre-decided goals for achieving social media targets • Lead internal brand building and mentor engagement campaigns for MIF and its programs.
The Intern is expected to support the Marketing Lead in the following responsibility areas: • Co-ordination and execution of on ground events and live streaming/promotion of the same across digital platforms • Assist in development and execution of new virtual properties • Assist in content curation with an understanding of video production, storyboarding, and editing • Assist in budget management and planning for marketing initiatives The candidate should be proficient in: • Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Illustrator/Coral Draw • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal team and partners
