Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to IT professionals interested in training opportunities and present them with our organization's offerings.
• Build relationships with potential candidates, understand their profile, and effectively communicate the benefits of joining our training programs.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for IT professionals, guiding them through the necessary details to sign up.
• Ensure a smooth transition to the Process Team as candidates become part of our training programs.
• Identify and recruit IT professionals who can contribute effectively to the development of high-quality training content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, trainers, and internal teams to ensure a positive experience throughout the engagement process.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, including candidate engagement, onboarding success, and course collaboration outcomes.
• Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor recruitment metrics with relevant activities and report to leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Graduation completion is Required
• Proven experience of minimum one year as a talent acquisition specialist, with a focus on engaging IT professionals.
• Proven experience of minimum one year as a sales or business development or customer success professional, with a focus on engaging IT professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of IT skills and industry trends.
• Ability to work night shifts and accommodate flexible working hours.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with logical and analytical abilities.
• Experience with onboarding processes and documentation.
• Comfortable using recruitment tools and technology.

Night Shift Availability & Flexibility:

Can comfortably work in night shifts to accommodate the schedules of IT professionals in different time zones.

Maintain flexibility in working hours to engage with candidates across various regions.
