Role Description:
Project ManagementÂ
- Lead Scoping/Evaluation
- Onboarding Clients
- Team Coordination
- Resource Allocation
- Client Management & Communication
- Project Tracking/timelines Â
- Consultant Scoping, Engagement (Project Specific) and Consultant Coordination
- BudgetingÂ
- Research and creative support to design teamÂ
- Feedback and guidance to the team
- Making proposals for prospects.
- Translating client work into marketing assets for Firebrands brand equity (updating social media, Behance, Linkedin etc)
Operations/Administration:
- Invoicing & follow upÂ
- Financial Administration with accounts teamÂ
- Expense management - payments to vendors etc.
- Coordination with IT departmentÂ
- Office MaintenanceÂ
- Working with Founder for determining SOPs for Firebrand Human Resources
- Employee engagement and HR activities for team buildingÂ
- Grievance managementÂ
- Leave approval & trackingÂ
- Performance Review of employees
Qualifications
- Business Planning and Operations Management skills
- Finance and Budgeting skills preferred
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Proven experience in a senior management role (Branding, Design or Advertising Background preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
