Job description
We are looking for customer service executives for inbound and outbound customer service operations.
In this role, you will be responsible to resolve customer queries, concerns and escalations across channels - calls, chats, emails and social media.
You are expected to work very closely with cross-functional teams to provide instant solutions to customers.

Excellent communication skills written and spoken.
Candidates who can speak regional languages in addition to English will be preferred.
MS office basics

Mumbai - Hybrid Work Model [2 Days Work from Office, 4 Days Work from Home]
Post joining Training & On the job training is work from office [First 4 weeks]
Shifts/Weekly Offs
Rotational shifts [Night shifts] & rostered weekly offs [6 Days working]
Qualification
HSC / Graduation With excellent communication skills [Written and Spoken]
Typing Speed - 30 WPM Accuracy 95%+
Mandate requirements
Must have own laptop with genuine Windows 10, iCore 3 /iCore 5 with 4 GB Ram orabove configuration.
Must have a dedicated workspace at home to ensure no background noise for customer interactions [Calls/Chats etc]
Must have Internet speed of minimum 50 Mbps
Good Quality Headsets.
Power backup in case there are frequent power failures.
