Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Jaipur. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include answering calls, providing appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Good knowledge of MS Office and related software
- Patience and ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
